What to include
A few details up front save a round trip, especially for anything weather or alert related:
- • The farm name as it appears in your dashboard
- • The date and time an alert did or did not arrive, and which farm it concerned
- • For billing, the email on the account — never your card details
- • A screenshot, if something looked wrong on screen

Press, partnerships and data requests
Media enquiries, integration and partnership proposals, and privacy requests under PIPEDA all reach the same inbox. For a privacy request — access, correction or deletion of your personal information — say so in the subject line and read our privacy policy first, which sets out what we hold and how it is handled. You can also export your data as JSON or delete your account yourself from Settings once you are signed in.
