How the 24-hour spray window is scored
Every hour of your farm's own forecast is checked against wind, temperature and rain probability together. Wind is the safety gate: if the forecast has no wind data, the hour is marked unknown rather than calm.

Can it tell me when it's safe to spray?
It surfaces spray-window conditions using wind, temperature, and rain risk for your farm, and it will not mark a window favourable without wind data. Always confirm with an on-site wind reading before applying.
Do I need a weather station on my farm?
No. AgriIntel uses forecast data tied to your farm's coordinates, so you get hyperlocal weather without buying and maintaining hardware.
How fresh is the forecast, and how far ahead does it go?
Current conditions plus a five-day outlook, with the next 24 hours broken into the spray-window strip. Forecast data is cached briefly to stay within upstream limits, so the timestamp on screen tells you when the data was retrieved rather than the moment you loaded the page. Everything is shown in your farm's local time, whichever timezone you happen to sign in from.
What are the limits of a forecast-based tool?
A forecast describes a point on a map, not a measurement taken in your field. On clear, calm nights the crop canopy and low spots can sit several degrees colder than any forecast for the coordinates, and conditions can change between the forecast and the hour you act on it. Use it to plan the day and narrow the window — then check the field, and follow the product label, before you act.
Does it send automated alerts?
Yes. Frost, extreme heat, and high wind are checked against your farm’s own forecast every 3 hours; alerts appear on your dashboard and are delivered by email (you can turn email off in Settings).
