Which one fits depends on the job

If you want to collect data from your machines, scout with imagery or build seeding and fertility scripts, FieldView does things AgriIntel does not. If your main need is knowing what the weather will do on your own farm, and being told when frost, heat or wind is coming, AgriIntel is built around that and little else. Many farms could reasonably use both.

Is AgriIntel an alternative to Climate FieldView?

Only partly. They overlap on location-specific weather, but FieldView is a broader platform for machine and field data, imagery and seeding scripts, none of which AgriIntel offers. AgriIntel covers forecasts, spray windows, frost, heat and wind alerts, and farm records. Many farms would use them for different jobs.

How do the prices compare?

FieldView lists a trial tier and a paid plan starting at $499 a year, billed annually, on its Canadian site; the page does not label the currency. AgriIntel's plans are $49, $149 or $399 a month in Canadian dollars depending on acreage, with a 14-day trial that takes a card at checkout. Where is my data stored?

AgriIntel stores farm records in Canada (Supabase, ca-central-1), though some services such as email and payments run outside Canada. That describes what is documented, not where any particular record sits.

Do I need hardware?

Not for either. AgriIntel needs none and does not connect to equipment. FieldView's Drive hardware is optional, and data can also be uploaded from other systems.

Does either support French?

FieldView offers French-language versions of its website and app. AgriIntel is English only today; a French interface is on the roadmap.
