1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgriIntel (operated by Brainfy AI Inc., "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgriIntel is a subscription-based software platform for Canadian agricultural operations. The Service today provides hyperlocal farm weather (current conditions and a multi-day forecast), a 24-hour spray-window forecast, automated frost, heat and wind alerts, and farm and acreage management. Additional capabilities — including field-level tracking, crop intelligence and market data — are on our roadmap and are not part of the current Service until announced as available. Weather and alert outputs are decision-support information, not professional agronomic, agricultural or financial advice.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

AgriIntel offers paid subscription plans billed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, reverse-engineer the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service to store or transmit malicious content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Weather forecasts, spray-window guidance and hazard alerts are decision-support information drawn from third-party forecast providers; they may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional agronomic, agricultural or financial advice, and you remain responsible for your own operational decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brainfy AI Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
