AgriIntel is a subscription-based software platform that provides AI-powered crop intelligence, weather analytics, market data, and farm management tools to Canadian agricultural operations.
AgriIntel offers paid subscription plans billed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse the Service, reverse-engineer the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service to store or transmit malicious content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated crop analysis and market recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional agricultural or financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brainfy AI Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
