Delete your AgriIntel account
You can delete your account yourself at any time. Deleting it removes your sign-in and the farm data stored with it.
Delete it yourself
- Sign in to your AgriIntel account.
- Open Settings and choose Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm. Deletion starts immediately.
What is deleted
- Your profile (name, email, avatar picture).
- Your farms, acreage records and crop notes.
- Your alerts and alert history.
- Your subscription and billing records held by AgriIntel.
- Your sign-in account itself.
If you have an active paid subscription, it is cancelled first so you are not billed after deleting. If that cancellation fails, the account is left untouched and you are told why, so you are never left half-deleted and still being charged.
What we cannot delete
Our payment processor, Stripe, may keep transaction records it is legally required to keep. That is governed by Stripe and by financial-record rules, not by AgriIntel.
Can't sign in?
Email support@agriintel.ca from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will reply to that address to confirm.
