AgriIntel is an early-stage product. We describe only controls that are in place today. We are not SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified, and we do not claim to be.
The short version
You own your farm data. It is stored in Canada, encrypted in transit, and isolated so one farm can never read another's records. We do not sell it, and we do not share it without your explicit consent.

What you get in one platform
Canadian data residency
Your farm records are hosted in Canada, not exported to a US region by default. Data residency is a starting requirement for us, not an enterprise upsell.
PIPEDA-aligned handling
We handle personal information consistent with Canada's PIPEDA, and our privacy notice sets out what we collect and why.
Row-level isolation per farm
Every farm data table enforces row-level security in Postgres, so records are scoped to their owner at the database layer — not only in application code.
Encrypted in transit
All traffic is served over HTTPS/TLS with HSTS, plus hardened response headers (X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy, Permissions-Policy).
Payments handled by Stripe
Card details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers. Billing events are signature-verified before they are trusted.
No selling your data
We do not sell farm data or share it with third parties without your explicit consent. Your agronomic records are yours.

Where is my farm data stored?
In Canada. Your records are hosted in-country and handled consistent with PIPEDA, rather than defaulting to a US region.
Is AgriIntel SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?
No. We are an early-stage product and we do not claim certifications we do not hold. We describe only the controls that are in place today: Canadian hosting, PIPEDA-aligned handling, row-level data isolation, encryption in transit, and Stripe-handled payments.
Who can see my farm data?
Only your account. Every farm data table enforces row-level security in the database, so one customer's records cannot be read by another. Access by our team is limited to what is required to operate and support the service.
Do you sell or share my data?
No. We do not sell farm data, and we do not share it with third parties without your explicit consent.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. You own your data and can request access or deletion, consistent with your rights under PIPEDA. Contact our team and we will action it.
How are payments secured?
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details never touch AgriIntel servers, and incoming billing events are cryptographically signature-verified before being trusted.
